Ohhh such a wonderful tour in Norway, I love it!
Halden was a real experience for me in many ways. First and last, the band.
Great musicians. Terje Stoldal picked me up in Olso and made the stay very easy and good, thanks!
We rehearsed and got a real worldclass take on both "Seamless" and "Lungs". wow.
i had a slight cough and got worried that it had something to do with swines....oh dear...but it seems to have calmed down or hopefully gone :-))
Erlandsons Conditorie in Halden is such a cult place. I loved playing there. Freddy Holm made all kinds of awesome sounds and the band followed.
Needless to say (??) it was a very late night, an unusual late night, on a pub called
"the last trip" !!

It was hard waking up next morning. Couldnt get my voice to work until after a while.
So tonight I had a sologig in Oslo, at a great place called Club M3, with enthusiastic Stefan behind the
bar and Robert doing a great sound...which was really good after having a band night
the evening before...
I did the newest song, a co-write with Dean Owens, called "The Ruins and the Roses", and it worked really well. And I love doing my dulcimer song "Lost&Found".
Anea and Christer were playing too, young talented singersongwriters both of them
(makes me feel kind of old...)
Well without this late night hotel after gig sitting, there would've been no blog.
So I guess thats good
Now- bedtime.
